Fine Art Wedding

Long time ago, I saw a painting of a bride with ballerina shoes that stuck in head for a while. As I was very busy at that time, I decided to put it in the back of my head until I had enough time (or until I met the right person) to actually create a photo session out of it. And it all came to shape during my coffee with Amanda.

Designed and planned by yours truly, today’s shoot is the kind that will leave you feeling inspired and in love. With gorgeous details like the flowers from Thistle & Dot and the decorations from Prairie Lane Vintage Rentals, there’s truly nothing I am not swooning for over here.

The color palette featured champagne tones and rose gold with accents of cream and pastel. I am absolutely loving how the people from Marie and Marie dressed this bride in a few of their incredible gowns which complimented the shoot perfectly. To complete their wedding day looks, Autumn Wells from Autumn Elizabeth Salon Studio created the soft and gorgeous hair and make up on our bride and the people from Tip Top Tux, dressed our elegant groom.

Be on the lookout if you are looking for a cake like the one that Chef April Austin created or for a pair of shoes that the beloved people from Bella Belle provided. As I am a sucker for gorgeous invitations, the stationery came directly from Margaux Paperie and Meili Fluou.

When the initial collaboration meeting took place between Amanda and I at Coffea Sioux Falls , our inspiration came from things we hadn’t seen done at South Dakota before, starting with a warm and very romantic fine art set up.
