Tiffany + Doug
Imagine meeting someone at a random birthday party and click so much with her that you end up never letting her go. That’s how my story with Tiffany started. Now imagine getting an message from her saying that she got engaged and wants to hire you to capture their wedding at the Sioux Falls Country Club…. I was SO EXCITED!!!
Tiffany planned her wedding quickly because she didn’t want to be engaged for too long. So with the help of Jennifer Savage from Plan to Party, we started working for her especial day!
The Wedding
Tiffany and Doug wanted a day focused on their guests. Their main worry was their people having a good time and have enough quality time to spend with everyone, so I created a photo schedule for them that included plenty of time for them to do what they love the most: enjoy time with their loved ones. Their venue was incredible and they got the best weather for an early March wedding. The views were just unimaginable even with the trees still pretty naked. As soon as I walked around the corner of the ceremony venue and saw the backdrop, I was shocked. They chose the most beautiful arch for their main decor and placed a little detail in honor of their fur baby on it. (photo included in gallery below, btw)
Their day was so incredibly beautiful and simple, just like they are. They wanted epic portraits and to be surrounded by those that love them the most and that is exactly what they got! It was such an honor to be trusted with their day and to be the ones who had the privilege of capturing such special moments for a family that did nothing but smile all day long.
Enjoy Tiffany and Doug’s wedding day and just prepare yourself…. these are portraits like I have never captured before!! I would go back and do this all over again in a heartbeat! I wish they could just get married every year?
